My Hong Kong Trip (:



18 Sept 08 - Day 1



Todays' the day! Im going to Hong Kong with my PS0701 peeps. This is my first time going overseas alone! Quite excited & hope im going to have fun there haha! And im going there to look for RON NG & SAMMUL CHAN. LOL.



Hmm my godfather came to fetch me. Mummy came along. Then we picked up Cheryl at Khatib and mummy went off to work. Reached the airport and realised we are soooo early! haha. Saw Huiyan with her mum & sis. They went for makan, me n Cheryl went walk walk. Hmmm the rest came...met up with the lecturers & others and checked in. Then me and hy went to but Popeyes biscuit. All of us were almost late when we reached the boarding gate! LOL. on the plane was great! can play games, watch movie, cartoons, listen songs, etc...food was nice too. there was turbulence on the plane. and it was quite rocky haha...but i just love taking the plane esp during the take-off...woot! Finally we reached Hong Kong...the tour guide was like late?! lol anyway the coach took us to the hotel & we checked in. Room was quite nice. there were no visits today cos we reach hk was quite late, so we went shopping @ MongKok. nice place with lots of nice shop + nice food. had luncheon meat & egg rice..was like super nice! i dun mind eating that everyday for the rest of my life! After that went shopping like siao and had mango deser at a famous shop. then returned to hotel, was dead beat, sms-ed mummy to tell her i reached safely ahahaha....then went to sleep cos tmr have to wake up early!



19 Sept 08 - Day 2



Ate cup noodles for breakfast. Then met up at lobby to go to Eu Yang Sang. We saw lots of herbs there....and the place was neat like siao...cos they follow GMP very closely...ahahaha...Got free Wiscosin American Ginseng Drink! COOL! After that had lunch at a restaurant. Ate roasted goose. LOL. after that we went to a Eu Yan Sang retail store. haha. after that went to eat again cos Dr Henry wanted his beef noodles so much...cant eat beef so we went somewhere with Ms Yong for milk tea. me & janella shared Kaya + Butter toast...super yummy!...After that, the coach brought us to The Peak. It was really high. somewhere on top of the mountains. very pretty. we shopped, took pictures (like siao) and took the tram down. was 45 degress steep! very fun! but my neck was stiff cos i had to turn ard throughout the ride as it was going backwards, if noot im going to vomit like siao. then the coach brought us to the bottom of the hills so that we could take a MTR ( i didnt spell wrongly cos in HK its MTR not MRT like Singapore =D ) to go shopping. We went to Causeway Bay Central to shop. Had a hard time with the MTR cos we are not sure with the stations there (even thoguth there was 1 i should be quite familiar with cos i stay there- Admiralty. LOL) The lecturers were not with us and all we had with us was a map ahahaha and my geography sucks so ihad to depend on my mates to bring us ard. what kind of leader is this man?! LOL. Overall shopping was fun like siao la! Then we went for desert at around midnight! LOL.



20 Sept 08 - Day 3



Today's program was Disneyland! Very excited! In the morning, had Dian Xin at a restaurant. Was super delicious! Ate alot cos we know that food is going to be very ex in disneyland. Just love Tim Sum. After that proceeded to Disneyland. Had lots of fun! the 3D ride was very fun and we played 2 times. bought alot of things also. but the weather was super hot...i even got a sun-burn ahahaha. Bought alot of stuffs at disneyland cos they are just soooo cute ahahaha. After that the coach brought us to the outlet stores in somewhere i think at the central? hmmm me and huiyan ate macdonalds. i like the mac overseas but i dun like those in singapore. i dunno why (: after that we went shopping again. i think it was at causeway bay or mongkok? hmmm then after that went back to hotel to celebrate shiping and jasmine ( from 02 ) bdae. me irene hy cheryl bought rice heat up from 7-11 to eat. ahahaha.


21 Sept 08 - Day 4

Do not have to wake up so early today. Cos we are gg over to MACAU!! & the ferry is in the afternoon. so we woke up and had cup noodles. haha. last night slept very late cos gotta pack our stuff. packed 1 set of clothes then went to lobby to assemble. the ferry was rocking like siao ahahah but i took motion sickness beforehand so it was ok. the hotel was quite nice. but the lobby was filled with cigarette smoke. all of us nearly fainted. why do hotels allow smoking? -_-ll the coach brought us to a tourist place to walk walk before dinner. we brought 2 dozens of portugese egg tarts to celebrate later. my favourite! after that Dr Henry brought us to a reataurant for dinner. very funny. everyone ate till so full only to know that it was only appetiser and when there were more food like pigeons and roasted chicken coming up, our jaws dropped. haha. Dr Henry ate like SIAO. i ordered fruit punch without knowing its was fizzy drink. I DO NOT TAKE FIZZY DRINKS AT ALL. but in the end i gulped down the whole glass. i think my face was crumpled. i think i deserve a noble prize. argh. after dinner, we went to the Venetian Casino & Resort. it was soooper prettty there. most of us went to the casino. but i didnt go. COS I AM NOT 18 YET -__-ll ahaha so shiping, me, hy, irene went shopping instead.


22 Sept 08 - Day 5

Woke up early today to have our breakfast at the hotel cos have to assemble before 10. we had an international buffet =) after that we went to the School of Health Sciences at the Macao Polytechnic. the person in charge was very kind & friendly. very cool. we get to see the preserved organs and human parts and even foetus. we even saw a 7 year old boy. pretty gross but very interesting. we also get to play with the dummies. and there job prospect there is GOOD ONE LOR. may consider (: after that we went to a 茶餐厅 cha can teng (teahouse) for lunch. the 餐蛋面 is nice one (: and i bought kaya and butter toast for take-away. after that we went to a popular pharmacy. i saw mims IN CHINESE (faint) ahaha after that, we got to hurry to the ferry terminal to go back to hong kong. back in HK all of us arrived at hotel, bathed, went fot dinner at the hotel's restaurant and went shopping. we all shopped like crazy cos this was the last day to shop! bought super lots of stuff. very happie! love shopping !


23 Sept 08 - Day 6

We gotta wake up very early today cos we have to check out and assemble at 8 am. but me n huiyan was the first to be at the lobby and was shocked like siao. today was a packed day. after checking out, we went to the Chinese University of Hong Kong to look at the TCM stuff. we saw herbs, and after then they brought us around the labs. after that we took the coach to the Prince of Wales hospitals for the clinical trial unit. we had a long talk (everyone nearly dozed off) then went to take a look at the acupunture room. we had sandwiches for lunch because we are all rushing like siao to the airport. cos Hong Kong is experiencing a GRADE 3 TYPHOON. so Dr Henry say we have to get to airport soonest possible so that in the event that we cannot fly, at least the airport will accomodate us at the airport hotel. sounds very scary cos no ones the flight to delay or the typhoon to get worse then we have to wait another day to get home. we reached the airport and checked in. still not sure whether can fly not and it was early, Ms Yong said will contact the leaders if flight cancelled. thats me, so i kept my HP in my pocket all the time. then we went to shop shop. in the end we are able to fly. as in the plane can fly. on the plane there was quite alot of turbulences. plabe was like roller coaster. but we managed to arrive at singapore safely. me, hy and chery took a taxi home, the flight from HK to SIN after us was cancelled. so HENG AH. we managed to get on the previous flight. HOME SWEET HOME! (:


Overall this HK trip was fun! other than shopping industrial visiting was fun too. we shopped alot. tired but happy. food was nice also ahaha. enjoyed alot. but i lost my towel on this trip. sad. anyway i hope there will be more oversea trips for us ((:

Mama took leave today and brought me for lunch. Ate Sumo again. I just love Sumo *yum*

need to blog for 1 week stuff (faints)...
super lots of thing to do like study for jap and unpack my stuff...and we have a presentation coming up...and school is reopening soon...LOL

Results were out today, and i viewed mine.

I dunno whether i should be happy or sad. I guess im SAD. Somehow VERY. Haiz. How come i always have the chance to congratulate others when their GPA is like nearly 4 and i cant seem to have any least chance to congratulate myself cos my GPA is only HALF??? Argh. i have not felt happy after getting back my results for a long time. i have already forgotten what it feels to get an A liao. And i dunno what is the feeling of getting DISTINCTION. i guess i'll never ever get a chance. omg maybe a Dist in LOUSIEST STUDENT IN CLASS. hais. *sobs* . i wan to kill myself LOL.

but THANK GOD i made it to Sem 2...i was freaking scared i cant 开学 (school reopen). hais hais hais

BUT still lousy la! omg i think im the worse student in PS ! :*(

Even though it was ONLY a dream, at least i WAS happy for a moment in it...

Are dreams the oppsite of reality?

Happy Mid Autumn Mooncake Lantern Festival !! (:

Woke up at 12.30 today...with quite a few things in my mind to be done today...sat in front of the tv (lazily)...then sis called...oops her school ended liao but i just woke up LOL =P ok anyway met her at causeway point...alot of things to do today...first went to Nokia Care centre...TO REPAIR MY PHONE. sometimes this phone can drive me nuts. LOL. didnt took a long time cos not much ppl...or maybe it's a weekday and a weird timing. after that went to popular. then went Yoshinoya for lunch * YUM YUM *....my sis saw her 命中注定我爱你 & 篮球火 so went in TS to go look look.and they were playing 酒店风云!!!! woot cool man. and i saw my 学警雄心!!!!! omg *faints* i wanna buy. LOL. anyway then i went to collect my new spect...the optician took a photo of me LOL. Then we went library, borrowed some horror book. yes i've suddenly took a liking to horror horror horror LOL erm or it has all the while been? LOL anyway borrowed 2 books, sis borrowed comic on singapore HAHA. then went to walk ard Tom & Stefanie.
THEN WENT HOME !!!!! ( :

BTW, Shortly after i reached home, i put my sim card into another phone. then after awhile, nokia called me, saying my phone is ready for collection *faints* DUH hahahaahaha

What i have learnt today:
i realised that even if i were to lose everything, as long as i have my family with me, it is enough....

Gotta work today...replace serene cos she got replacement...Very tired...and there wasn't much things to do...

After that went home...had a short nap...then went out with mum and sis for dinner...

Today is our class 1st BBQ. haha. woke up, watched tv, ate breakfast then met huiyan at woodlands. before leaving mum & dad warned me 100000000 times NOT TO GO PLAY WATER, cos it was the last day of lunar 7th month.....and sis told me not to kenna fire THANKS AH!....took 168 to bedok, then after that meeting dionis there.
